Now that you have built your application using the Geomajas application framework several users – ranging from ten to hundreds maybe even thousands – use your GIS web-based application. Who can you turn to if unexpectedly a bug pops up or when you want some extra advice on how to develop or implement something or when one of your databases does not correctly ties up with the application framework?

Our different support offerings, we call them Editions, are described hereunder highlighting the differences so that you can evaluate which Edition is the right one for your organization. These Geomajas Editions are fully tested and supported by Geosparc professionals.
This is our free to download and free to use Open Source GIS application framework supported by a community of developers. The Community Edition is recommended for developers and highly technical enthusiasts. The Geomajas Standard Edition is for organizations, both governments and business, that want a professional level of support. This Edition covers support for 1 application, whereas you have 2 registered contacts, response times come within 2 business day of your request, and it includes the Geomajas Installer giving you a very user-friendly tool install and getting started with the Geomajas.
The Geomajas Entreprise Edition is for organizations, both governments and business, that want a more in depth professional level of support. The difference with the Standard Edition is that you have 4 registered contacts, the response times come within 1 business day of your request, it includes 20 hours of support for architectural or implementation assistance, support for PostGis is included and in case of a bug in the Geomajas application framework we intervene as soon as possible.
The Geomajas Entreprise XL Edition takes our support a step further. You get all the advantages of the Enterprise Edition plus support for all major databases including PostGis, Oracle, MySQL, Microsoft SQL and ArcSDE.
The Geomajas Entreprise Premium Edition is for organizations, both governments and business, that are using up to 3 applications built with the Geomajas application framework. And it comes with all the benefits of the Geomajas Entreprise XL Edition.
The Geomajas Customized Edition is for organizations, both governments and
business, that are using more than 3 applications built with the Geomajas
application framework and have very specific needs in terms of support,
contacts and services. This Edition builds further on the Geomajas
Entreprsise Premium Edition.
