Geosparc Commercial Licenses

As Geosparc own the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) of Geomajas we can grant you with a Commercial License lifting the obligation for you and your organization to comply with the Geomajas AGPL license and keep your software solution “closed source”. So whether you want to use Geomajas technology for developing an internal application or if you want to add Geomajas technology into your commercial application or if you want to build a SAAS-enabled application: we can provide you with the right Commerical License

The Geosparc Commercial License pricing schemes consist of two parts:

• 1 A Commercial License Fee. This is a one-off license fee for a specific version of the Geomajas software. We ask no yearly renewals, this is just a one-time fee. When we come with a newer version of the software you have the choice. After reviewing the newer version you can either decide not to take it and to continue with the Geomajas software version you have or you can upgrade to the newer version in which case you pay an Upgrade License Fee
• 2 A Usage Fee. This is a fee based on your intended use and your business model. This Usage Fee can be per heap space or per user in a SAAS model or per solution sold in case you would have integrated Geomajas technology in a specific application that you are reselling.
